Open Monday - Friday, 9AM to 6PM (Central European Time). Closed on weekends and holidays. Vacations will be announced on the home page. Please do not take weekends and holidays into account when estimating your turnaround time.
We accept payment through PayPal and major credit cards. Payment in full is required before any custom work begins on printable orders. In the case of printed orders, an initial deposit is required to get your order started. The remaining balance is due once your proofs are approved and prior to printing.
Proofs and Revisions
Each customized stationery order includes 3 digital proofs for the customer to review. Proofs will be sent in low resolution to the email provided. It is important for the customer to carefully review each proof to check for any spelling, punctuation, grammar, layout or capitalization mistakes. We recommend asking a close friend or family member to assist with the reviewing process.
While we make it a priority to pay careful attention to detail, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all of their information is correct before giving their final approval. MyCrayons is not responsible for errors of this nature once your final approval is given.
Additional proofs after the third are available for $6.50 each, though usually are not necessary with careful proofing. Once approved, any changes needed after the high resolution files have been sent will incur a $20 fee (printable orders) or require repurchase of the printing costs if the order has already gone into production (printed orders).
Processing times are outlined in each item's description. Please keep in mind this is an estimate and directly affected by the response-time of the customer to give necessary information and feedback on proofs in a timely manner.
DIY Printable Stationery
Printable stationery refers to designs that are professionally customized and then emailed to the customer as a high resolution digital file. The customer then has the freedom and responsibility to arrange the printing themselves. We have compiled a list of DIY Tips and FAQ's as a general guide for printing your own stationery.
Due to the nature of printable templates, MyCrayons will not be held responsible for printing or other third-party or end user errors.
Digital Orders: All proofs and high resolution files for printable orders will be delivered through email. The customer is responsible for providing a working email address at checkout and may need to periodically check their spam folder to ensure that no proofs were unintentionally filtered there.
Printed Orders: Printed orders are shipped with either UPS Ground or FedEx with tracking information. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated based on the total order. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Items returned due to an incorrect address will require repayment for shipping costs in order to have the items reshipped. MyCrayons is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, though we will make every reasonable effort to help remedy the situation.
Taxes, Duties and Delays: When applicable, any additional taxes, duties or delays in customs are the responsibility of the customer. While such delays may not occur, it is advised to place your order in advance and/or ask about rush shipping if you have time constraints.
Colors are displayed as accurately as possible. However, an on-screen proof cannot perfectly match the color and density of a printed card. While usually minimal, color variation can occur due to differences in monitor calibration, the viewing device, printer quality and paper type. By purchasing with MyCrayons, you agree to this limitation.
Refunds & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us through email with your order number as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if the customer notifies us of the cancellation before the initial proof of the order has been customized and emailed. No refund will be given once the initial proof and/or high resolution files have been sent.
Refunds on Custom Orders: Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis depending upon how far along in the design process we are at the point of cancellation.
Abandoned Orders: If all or part of an order is left open awaiting necessary info/feedback from the customer, it will be held open for 15 days for orders not yet customized and 60 days for those already in progress. After this period, such orders will be deemed abandoned. No refunds will be given on those orders that are already in progress.
